I created this website at the beginning of the first lockdown in the UK, believing that the pandemic might lead people to turn from the downhill path we have taken as a nation and turn back to God (see graphic).
As the months pass, judging from the BBC news, our national attitude seems to be that the virus is just one of those things, something to be tamed and conquered by our cleverness, and lived with as best we can. Humanity can manage this: we don't need God to help us. Nor do we need to change our ways. It is simply a case with getting back to life as it was before, as quickly as possible.
Well, let's see how things go. I believe there is a holy God who loves us and wants to have our attention. I think we do well to use this setback to reflect on our life here, and see it as a reason to search for him.
I have tried to address questions you may have. The feedback contains reflections, links to relevant websites etc. Please weigh and ponder these matters carefully. Send in your own feedback. And may God bless you and yours.
